What you *think* is that IE does not behave properly.  What you mean is
that it is the de facto standard (with 85 - 95 per cent of the market) ,
but because you and a few of your buggy, Iron-Age browser-building friends
have concocted a "standard" with which it does not conform you sog your
pants.

Yes, I have read the bonehead posts about how you part-timers can't make
IE download attachments in the manner the programmer wants, but instead in
the way MSIE *thinks* it wants.

I've been doing it for years, my little academic friend.  And in all
versions (post 4.x) of MSIE.  So have many other ladies and gentlemen who
actually do this for a living.  RTFM.
